Let's Talk About Vineyard Weddings...

Whew… wedding season has been a ride here at the vineyard. As a team of seven

powerhouse women, we do our best to keep everything running smoothly—but even we

have our moments of chaos. (Let’s just say if we had a reality show, there would be no

shortage of drama or sparkle.)

All jokes aside, this season has been nothing short of beautiful. While I’m not directly

handling bookings or wedding-day logistics, I do get to experience the magic through all

the stunning final galleries. And let me tell you—I’ve been blown away by the talent

we’ve had on-site this year. From florals to photography, every vendor has poured their

creativity into each wedding in a way that truly inspires.

One standout moment? A recent styled shoot led by Casey Swanson and planned by

Kenzie Heckman Events. This wasn’t just your average editorial—it was a full-on

creative takeover that showed just how flexible and photogenic our space can be.

Highlights included:

•  A ceremony on the lawn with European-style umbrellas

•  Classic wooden chairs and minimal florals

•  A diamond-shaped reception layout on our patio

•  Soft, elegant linens and vintage Italian dinnerware

•  A cocktail bar and styled dessert table that felt straight out of Provence

•  And yes—a jaw-droppingly chic cake that stole the show

But the best part? The couple actually got married during the shoot. It was intimate,

personal, and deeply meaningful—and now we’re officially calling it: styled shoots will

never be the same.

The bride looked radiant in her gown from Nancy’s Bridal Boutique, with soft glam by

Taylor Marie Beauty and Cleopatra’s Envy. The groom was equally polished in a tailored

Indochino tux. And to complete the ambiance, a live harpist played during the

ceremony, bringing an elegant, timeless feel to the entire day.

Watching it all unfold reminded me why I love what we do. These vendors were

creative, calm, collaborative—and genuinely fun to work with.
