Sasha Skendzel
OWNER
Sasha Skendzel is the CEO and Owner of Belle Ame Vineyard, where she leads with vision, authenticity, and a commitment to excellence. She is proud to guide an all-female leadership team dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and creating meaningful experiences for every guest. Before entering the wine industry, Sasha spent 22 years in healthcare, serving as a nursing professor and as the Director of Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Survivorship at the University of Minnesota. Her background in healthcare leadership honed her expertise in program development, education, and compassionate care — skills she now brings to the growth and stewardship of Belle Ame Vineyard. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sasha is the mother of three young children, balancing the demands of entrepreneurship and family life with resilience and purpose. Her journey reflects a deep dedication to both her community and her team, driven by the belief that leadership is strongest when rooted in empathy, collaboration, and vision.
Elizabeth Peavey
GENERAL MANAGER
Elizabeth Peavey wears many hats with finesse, not only as the Chef & Owner of Basil & Honey Charcuterie, but also as the General Manager at Belle Ame Vineyard. Beyond her culinary talents, she finds joy in mentoring employees, performing on stage, and traveling the world. A creative problem solver, Elizabeth is captivated by the allure of the vineyard, bringing her passion for both food and the arts to life in her diverse roles.
Dakota VandeBerg
DIRECTOR OF SALES, MARKETING, & EVENTS
Dakota Vandeberg is our Director of Sales, Marketing, & Events. With a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills, she aims for seamless event execution. From client consultations to coordinating logistics, she thrives on delivering exceptional experiences to our forever-growing Belle Ame Vineyard Family. Dakota has a passion for building and began creating custom event rentals in 2019. Dakota enjoys motorsports, time on the water, traveling the world, spending quality time with family and friends, and her French Bulldog, Lemmie, who runs the show.
Tana Cain
EVENT & LOGISTICS MANAGER
Tana Cain joined the Belle Âme Vineyard team as Events Logistics Manager in January, bringing her passion for creating unforgettable celebrations to every couple she serves. As the primary point of contact for couples during the final six months leading up to their wedding day, Tana expertly manages all the intricate details that make each celebration unique—from designing custom floor plans and coordinating beverage packages to ensuring every personal touch is perfectly executed. With her keen eye for detail and commitment to flawless execution, Tana transforms wedding visions into reality, working closely with couples to customize all venue aspects of their special day. Her dedication to excellence extends beyond Belle Âme, as she is also the owner of A Table Set Before You, where she serves as a Soiree Assistant, providing hands-on support at her clients' celebrations. Tana's dual expertise in both venue coordination and event assistance gives her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to create seamless, memorable experiences. Her warm approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every couple feels supported and confident as they approach their wedding day at Belle Âme Vineyard.
Katie Lambright
MARKETING & BRAND MANAGER
Katie Lambright is our Marketing & Brand Manager. Katie comes to us with 7 years of corporate marketing experience and a love of wine, making Belle Ame Vineyard the perfect fit. She enjoys all things design, art & media and is excited to grow her knowledge in the wedding and event industry. A recent bride herself, Katie and her husband, Marion, live in Baldwin with their Keeshond dog, Harley. In her free time, she loves cooking, staying active, exploring new towns and coffee shops, and visiting family and friends in Nebraska.
Natalia Brummond
MARKETING & CONTENT MANAGER
Natalia Brummond is part of the marketing team at Belle Âme, where she leads social media strategy and digital storytelling. She builds a cohesive brand presence through thoughtful campaigns, community engagement, and content that reflects the heart of the vineyard and event venue. She holds a degree in Intercultural Leadership, where she studied communications, international relations, philosophy, and theology. That foundation connected her to Belle Âme through a strong network of women pursuing business inspired by diverse cultures—open, collaborative, and deeply relational. She also holds a degree in Video and Film, shaping her approach to storytelling through movement, imagery, and design. Her work extends into creative consulting, photography direction, UGC, and branding support for businesses and entrepreneurs. With over six years of photography experience and a background in marketing, communications, and micro-influencing within the fashion and style niche, she helps brands translate their vision into intentional, visually compelling narratives that foster trust, connection, and long-term growth.
Mady Mueller
SERVICE & BEVERAGE MANAGER
As the Front of House and Beverage Manager at Belle Âme Vineyard, I oversee the guest experience by leading our team with care, crafting innovative cocktails and managing beverage selections with intention. From guiding staff on service standards to curating seasonal drink menus, I love bringing creativity to every glass and ensuring each guest feels welcome and celebrated. Outside of work, I’m passionate about meaningful connection—quality time is my love language. I enjoy nurturing my home with plants, exploring unique thrift finds, and savoring the perfect cup of coffee. Health and wellness are also at the heart of my life; I find balance through nourishing meals, yoga, weightlifting, and long walks.
